I aim to get my items made and shipped out in 7-10 business days from the moment you place and pay for your order. Shipping days are not included in that turn around time and are separate. during the holiday time my TAT does increase slightly and I always communicate with the customer if I need to go over my time for any reason.

Refunds & Returns
To deliver your favorite products, we have partnered with the most reliable companies. We are ready to entrust them with your orders and are always on your side if something goes wrong.
I am happy to work with you on replacing any items that may arrive damaged or incorrect from what you ordered. Refunds are available if I am at fault or the item is not able to be replaced or fixed. Unfortunately refunds will not be offered on/for items that are damaged due to incorrect use or care.
Free pick up is always offered to any customer!
